Print files
Format
PDF/X-4 or PDF 1.6 with 3 mm bleed and crop marks. For large format a 1:10 scale is fine, just say so.
Colour
CMYK, ISO Coated v2 for coated stock, PSO Uncoated for uncoated. Spot colours as Pantone, not as a similar CMYK mix.
Fonts and images
Fonts converted to outlines. Images at 300 dpi in small format, 100-150 dpi when viewed from a few metres.
What we cannot take as is
Word and presentation files, images pulled from the web and scanned logos. We will rework them, but that is a separate line in the quote and a separate day in the schedule.
Express 24 h for walls, roll-ups and digital print. The surcharge is agreed at quotation and confirmed by phone before we take the job.

We answer within 24 hours on working days. If the deadline is tight, call: that is faster than a form.
